Position Overview
The Shopify Developer & SEO Expert will lead the development and optimization of Shahidas Lifestyle’s e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience, high performance, and search engine visibility. This role combines technical development, SEO strategy, and digital marketing collaboration to support brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain the Shopify website (themes, pages, landing pages, product listings).
Implement advanced Shopify functionalities, apps, and third-party integrations.
Ensure website speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements.
Perform keyword research, metadata optimization, and content setup for SEO.
Monitor website analytics, rankings, and performance; propose data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign landing pages and updates.
Troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Shopify web development.
Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Shopify apps, payment gateways, and integrations.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, technical, schema, speed optimization).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail e-commerce is a plus.
