Position Overview

Position Title: Call Center Senior Executive / Team Leader (Aesthetic / Skin & Laser Clinic)

The Call Center Senior Executive / Team Leader will oversee daily call center operations, lead and support the CRM team, ensure high-quality client communication, and drive appointment booking and sales conversion. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of aesthetic services, and the ability to maintain service excellence while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, guide, and supervise call center executives on daily operations

  • Monitor call quality, client handling, and communication standards

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training to team members

  • Ensure team discipline, attendance, and performance compliance

    2. Client Communication & Service Excellence

  • Handle escalated client calls and sensitive cases professionally

  • Ensure accurate and consistent information regarding aesthetic, skin, laser, and cosmetic treatments

  • Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and retention

    3. Appointment & Schedule Management

  • Oversee appointment booking, confirmation, rescheduling, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, and front desk teams

  • Ensure optimal schedule utilization and minimize appointment gaps

    4. Sales & Revenue Support

  • Drive appointment conversion, package sales, and repeat visits

  • Support the team in explaining treatment plans, pricing, offers, and packages

  • Monitor individual and team sales performance and conversion ratios

    5. Online CRM & Digital Inquiry Management

  • Supervise responses to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms

  • Ensure timely, professional, and brand-aligned communication

  • Manage lead follow-ups and conversion from online inquiries

    6. Reporting & Data Management

  • Review daily call logs, appointment reports, and follow-up sheets

  • Prepare and submit performance, conversion, and productivity reports to HOD

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of client data

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)

  • Excellent Bengali communication skills (English speaking is a strong advantage)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
    Sound knowledge of call center operations and CRM processes

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM systems

  • Sales-driven mindset with strong convincing and negotiation skills

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in call center operations

  • At least 1 year in a senior executive / team leader role preferred
    Prior experience in aesthetic clinic, hospital, beauty, or wellness industry will be highly preferred

    Working Hours

  • Full-time (as per clinic operating hours)

  • Weekly 1 day off
