Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead Shopify web development and SEO initiatives. This role involves customizing and maintaining the e-commerce website, optimizing performance, implementing SEO strategies, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to support digital campaigns. The candidate should be detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain the Shopify website (themes, pages, landing pages, product listings).
Implement advanced Shopify functionalities, apps, and third-party integrations.
Ensure website speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements.
Perform keyword research, SEO-friendly content setup, and metadata optimization.
Monitor website analytics and search rankings, and propose data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign landing pages and updates.
Troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Shopify web development.
Strong skills in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Shopify apps, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, technical, schema, speed optimization).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
