Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Physics, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Factory Production Operations, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Flexible Packaging, Production, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time job in a factory environment.
∎ Candidate with experience in Flexible Packaging Factory is highly preferable.
∎ Only Male employees are allowed due to some limitations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the experience to work with QMS/ TQM
∎ To be a team member
∎ Ready to work in Factory Environment
∎ Ensuring production efficiency as per plan.
∎ Setting production team/ quality team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Ensuring quality production as per SOP for Production Officer.
∎ Maintaining quality control as per set rules for Quality Officer.
∎ Adequate knowledge to carry out Technical Audit (like BRC/IOP and SEDEX) is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure, Team Work, Computer Proficiency
