∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Import through LC and TT., International Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, honest, and proactive person who has enough practical experience and knowledge on Purchase Management in the flexible packaging industry.
∎ You will spearhead the purchasing and commercial process from suppliers to ensure on-time raw materials availability, stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing, procurement & import processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Preparing supply chain plan for import of raw materials and executing monitoring of the plan
∎ 2) Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
∎ 3) Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ 4) Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the local & foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within a competitive price margin.
∎ 5) To ensure smooth operation of all export-import-related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members.
∎ 6) To maintain Communication with the C&F office to complete the import process and collect necessary documents after custom clearence.
∎ 7) To communicate and follow up with the bank regarding LC, payment and other related issues
∎ 8) Any other tasks assigned by Management.
