Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared to work in different shifts including Night Shift.
∎ Team management abilities.
∎ Have to analyze data sets using statistical packages ((Excel, Google sheet, SPSS, SAS etc).
∎ Assign each member of the team tasks based on their competencies and the needs of the group to meet the production goal.
∎ Set performance metrics for each team member and then work with team members to make sure that all metrics are met.
∎ Develop a work environment that encourages compliance with the company.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned to continually develop leadership skills.
∎ Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process map to document needs.
∎ Meet with management once each week to discuss the company's production goals and how the team is working to meet those goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in for Overseas Conversation or Meeting.
∎ Excellent organisational skills.
∎ Be hardworking, passionate and have a can-do attitude.
∎ Be sincere, trustworthy and keep your words.
∎ Good at problem-solving skills and self-study skills as well as learn new skills in a time-sensitive environment.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports and the ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Ability to work in roaster duty (3 Shift).
