Job Context:
∎ bZm Graphics is open to hiring Shift Incharge. In this role, he should be responsible for the below-described areas:
∎ Team performance
∎ Team Behavior / Attitude
∎ Training and Development
∎ Team Culture development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ "Prepared to work in different shifts including Night Shift."
∎ Team Management
∎ Keep Track of Absent, Late case and Leave
∎ Making sure the working time of employees
∎ Fulfilling the request of OT
∎ Communicate with team members and also with other teams.
∎ Overall team performance.
∎ Analyze data sets using statistical packages ((Excel, Google sheet, etc).
∎ Continuous follow-up with the team to meet the production goal.
∎ Develop a working environment.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned to continually develop leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in Overseas Conversation or Meeting.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Be hardworking, passionate, and have a can-do attitude.
∎ Good at problem-solving and self-study skills as well as learn new skills in a time-sensitive environment.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports, and the ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Ability to work in roaster duty (3 Shift).
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
