∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of schedule maintenance for on time execution and report.
∎ To carry out all mechanical maintenance activities as per Cement Industries standards to achieve the targeted availability of equipment's.
∎ Develop sub-ordinates by imparting training to Asst. Officer, Fitter, Welder, Rigger, Pat-roller & mechanical Helper.
∎ Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ Trouble shooting & fabrication of mechanical engineering and performs repairing work under close supervision.
∎ Involvement in mechanical modification/improvement activities in the assigned area.
∎ To reduce the cost on mechanical maintenance activities in the assigned area.
∎ Follow safety guide lines 'Zero Tolerance' for unsafe activity by creating awareness among the employees.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of the mechanical system.
∎ Follows safety rules and regulations.

∎ Capable to identify critical issues related to machine maintenance of cement industry
