∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any subject from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and supervising all store related activities of 100% export oriented garment;
∎ Responsible for stocking of all sensitive and non-sensitive items in a neat and clean as well as orderly manner;
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the items of store properly;
∎ Checking physical inventory with ERP Software regularly;
∎ Informing the reporting officer of any irregularities in stock maintenance;
∎ Organizing and controlling the flow of materials;
∎ Ensuring every product must be issued against individual requisitions with proper approval;
∎ Ensuring that all spare parts are numbered before issuing;
∎ Maintain of ERP software for maintenance of inventory;
∎ Receive a copy of all purchase orders issued by procurement with sample where applicable;
∎ Receive all goods from vendors and physically check quantity and quality as per Purchase Order;
∎ Maintaining records and reports of all documents in a proper way;
∎ Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times;
∎ Must have the capability of handle large volume;
∎ Must be dynamic and proactive;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Capable of managing the warehouse independently;
Must have sound knowledge in warehouse related software;
Good computer skill in MS word, excel and power point especially;

Must have the ability to work under pressure;
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
