∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable screen making , screen printing, color management and ink mixing techniques.
∎ Proficiency in handling water based ink system .
∎ Operating automated screen printing machines.
∎ RSL and physical test .
∎ Have to print approval, colour swatch, print recipe according to print production demand.
∎ Have to know about ink consumption chemical nature and specific styles recipes.
∎ Solve production line Technical problems and also capable of risk analysis or troubleshooting.
∎ Increase workers performance motivating, training and process development .
∎ Ideal candidates should have 5 years of technical experience resolving technical issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Ink formulation ideas
∎ Ability to lead a team and manage projects
