Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
java IDE, Jmeter, Owsap ZAP, Selenum IDE, SQL, Web driver
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create Test Plans based on system requirements, design, and test the system.
∎ Need to Functional , Regression and System testing for Mobile apps ( iOS & Android) and Web application
∎ Report Defects/Bugs to developers, provide the necessary information and follow up until modifications are completed.
∎ Need to prepare Test Report, Test Case & communicate with client as per their feedback
∎ Analyze the system's quality to determine whether it is good enough to be released, and if necessary, plan quality improvement measures and instruct them to the developers.
∎ Prepare Automation Scripts in need of project demand and reduce the man-hours required for higher quality assurance.
∎ Improve developers' quality awareness and quality control techniques to reduce the number of defects.
∎ Review requirement definitions and design documents and point out problems.
∎ Manage the QA team.
∎ Execute end-to-end functional tests and utilize automated tests to exercise the system.
∎ Understand the skills and aptitude of each QA engineer and create an optimal allocation of staff and schedule.
∎ Monitor all projects' quality status and progress from a broad perspective, and adjust personnel assignments and schedules according to the situation.
∎ Report, communicate, and coordinate with oversea office members.
∎ Improve the QA process.
∎ Research and evaluate the latest testing technologies and tools, and adopt them to each project if useful.
∎ Perform Load Testing/Performance testing using JMeter as per project requirement and provide Test Report.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project simultaneously
∎ Involved in project planning, task delegation, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ISTQB certification is a plus
∎ Good communication skill on English
∎ Knowledge about Trello, Click Up
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
