Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is responsible for developing Training Modules (Manuals, handouts and supplementary materials) for the Rohingya and host community facilitators/teachers by communication and collaboration with material developers, illustrators, translators, sectors, NGO personnel of different levels guidance.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of Training Manual
∎ Development of supplementary materials
∎ Provide ToT to Master Trainers and monitor teachers training
∎ To conduct various workshops, FGD, meetings, training on the developed materials with different stakeholders like - students, teachers, trainers, graphic designer, EdTech team, translators, GO and NGO personnel at different level.
∎ To maintain liaison with National, Regional and International consultants for developing materials and training module.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good materials development skills blending concept and participatory teaching methods in primary and secondary levels.
∎ Good oral and writing skills both Bangla and English.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Computer skills: MS-Word, MS-excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Sound knowledge of education for developing teaching and learning materials for primary and secondary levels.
∎ Sound knowledge of education system of Bangladesh
∎ At least Five years' experience in Development sector. Working experience in Education will get preference.
