Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields is an advantage but not required!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and analyze user requirements to determine technical specifications and architecture for the system.
∎ Estimate workload and project delivery timeline.
∎ Prioritize, assign, and distribute tasks among team members throughout the software development life cycle.
∎ Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
∎ Develop applications in PHP-Symfony.
∎ Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
∎ Design database architecture.
∎ Schedule product releases with internal teams.
∎ Prepare and produce releases of software components.
∎ Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
∎ Review, test and debug team member's code
∎ Maintain standard documents at every phase of development life cycle
∎ Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent English communication skill is a must.
∎ 5+ years of work experience as a Senior PHP Engineer or similar role in a reputed national or foreign company. Freelance experience should not be counted
∎ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Symfony framework
∎ Experience in building Symfony plugin will be considered a plus point
∎ Experience designing, building and testing PHP applications
∎ In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming
∎ Good delegation and time management skills
∎ Good knowledge of API, RDBMS (MySql and/or Postgres), version control tools and of developing web services and Problem-solving abilities

Salary:
∎ Monthly compensation package range of Tk. 80,000 to 130,000 based on skills and experience.
