Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields is an advantage but not required!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and analyze user requirements
∎ Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
∎ Write well designed, testable, efficient code
∎ Develop Secure Java applications
∎ Define Technical Implementation plan from a Customer Requirement
∎ Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
∎ Design database architecture
∎ Schedule product releases with internal teams
∎ Prepare and produce releases of software components
∎ Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
∎ Review, test and debug team member's code
∎ Document development phases
∎ Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good English communication skills are a must
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experience as Java Engineer
∎ Experience designing, building and testing Java applications
∎ In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks Spring Boot, Spring MVC etc.
∎ Working Experience with Java ORM tools such as Hibernate
∎ Experience with DB migrations tools such as liquibase, flyway etc
∎ Working Knowledge of popular RDBMS such as Postgresql, MSSQL, Oracle
∎ Experience with Test driven development is a plus
∎ Practical experience with Java 8 at least
∎ Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
∎ Good delegation and time management skills
∎ Problem-solving abilities

Salary:
∎ Monthly compensation package range of Tk. 80,000 to 150,000 based on skills and experience
