∎ Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using relevant tools and technologies
∎ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex reporting requirements and deadlines
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports
∎ Flexibility to navigate challenges, adapt to changing circumstances and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calculate and maintain records of volunteers' working days and payments per day
∎ Develop and implement systems using KoboToolbox/ODK Collect for tracking volunteer engagement and ensuring accurate reporting
∎ Utilize Pivot Tables and other tools to generate financial reports as required
∎ Compile and analyse financial data for project budgets and expenditure reports
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
∎ Prepare and submit Comprehensive Weekly Reports, monthly narrative reports, and other periodic reports as necessary
∎ Coordinate with program teams to gather data and information for reporting purposes
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and achievements
∎ Manage databases and information systems to support project monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities
∎ Conduct data analysis and prepare reports using statistical software and tools
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in MEAL frameworks, logical frameworks, and field monitoring methodologies
∎ Provide technical support to project teams on data collection, analysis, and reporting
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The Senior Project Officer - Management Information Systems (MIS) plays a critical role in ensuring effective data management, reporting, and analysis for the organization's projects. This position requires proficiency in volunteer management, financial reporting, data analysis, and project monitoring and evaluation. The role demands strong technical expertise in MIS, project management skills, and a deep understanding of protection programming in humanitarian contexts
