Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's in Social Science from any reputed University/Institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures case notes are entered into the case management system
∎ Provides continuous capacity building and skills development for teams
∎ Ensures GBV Protection case management is conducted according to the ISCG minimum standards guide
∎ Attends Case Management task-force meetings
∎ Ensure an appropriate reporting system is in place and is functioning satisfactorily.
∎ Periodically review and revise the system so that it is adapted appropriately with changing operating contexts.
∎ Ensure relevant and timely GBVIMS information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders.
∎ Provide support to the MABE associates to establish baselines and set up monitoring systems suited to the operating context.
∎ Provide training and mentoring for staffs.
∎ Maintain confidential of data filing system.
∎ Ensure all information be kept with the highest confidentiality.
∎ Establish and coordinate monitoring systems including data collection, analysis and ensure information gathered through monitoring activities is shared quickly and in an appropriate format with senior managers so that any problems arising can be addressed.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Assist in strategic planning and overall management of Case Management activities
∎ Provide technical support in case management support for quality and accountability standards and measures
∎ Assist in preparing periodic reports (narrative and quantitative) for donors, government and organization on case management part
∎ Ensure updated filing and documentation of GBV cases in line with GBVIMS tools.
