Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages cases that come into the centre
∎ Opens case file and conducts rapid needs assessment with particular concern to any special needs
∎ Ensure a smooth referral process, accompanying clients to other services if necessary
∎ Strengthen referral pathways between actors in the community and linkage between psychosocial support and psychosocial support service providers.
∎ Conducts follow up with clients and responds to additional needs
∎ Closes cases when appropriate
∎ Organizes psychosocial support activities both in the centre and as outreach activities
∎ Identifies volunteers in FDMN community and conducts capacity building
∎ Empowers volunteers to lead psychosocial support services
∎ Works with case managers and community worker to ensure
∎ Conducts rapid needs assessments
∎ Good understanding on Livelihood Activity
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Perform other duties as required
∎ Report tasks and issues to management as needed
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Minimum 6 months to 1 years' experience on GBV & PSS, GBV Basics and Guiding Principles.
∎ Sound knowledge on case management or PSS counseling at Rohingya context.
∎ Strong knowledge on emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Well- develop written and oral communication in English.
