∎ Maintain a good & professional relationship with Procurements, Finances, Admin and Logistics, within organization and Site Management, GoB officials, community and stakeholders outside of organization
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to line manager in time and assist Assistant Technical Specialist, Shelter for sharing report to Site Management Sector (SMS) and other relevant as per their need
∎ Prepare IOU and submit to respective authority in collaboration with Assistant Technical Specialist, Shelter
∎ Prepare and ensure the master roll and attendance of labor as well as pay the labor payment
∎ Provide project materials requisition for successful timely implementation of project activities on time
∎ Supervise 10 to 12 Field Assistance, Shelter and tentatively 50-100 community labors

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Primary and Technical assessment through visit and interview community consultation by using in collaboration with health sector related infrastructure and HCMP all Construction
∎ Ensure requisition for required materials of construction works as well as ensuring the availability and quality of construction materials as well as maintaining proper documentation
∎ Prepare daily report and submitted to Deputy Project Manager/ Project Manager for necessary action as well as maintain regular tracking and update of construction activities with necessary adjustment to ensure the timely completion of all project work including reporting
∎ Prepare IOU and make payment to labors on time regularly
∎ Provide technical support & assistance in line with organization standard as well as considering the need of the women, child, adolescent and person with disability and EVI families
∎ Ensure the quantity and quality of construction activities as per organizational standard
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinate, assess and prepare architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings of the assigned work using AutoCAD software
∎ Scrutinize, check and endorse the bills received from vendors
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bills of quantity (BoQ)
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress according to organization guideline
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction work as per schedule
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the supervisor must be given priority basis
∎ Ensure quality of work and output for best services to the FDMN and host community
∎ Developing design and architectural plans as per the needs pledged by the Donors
∎ Regular Field Visit for identifying the sites having need for further fabrication, modification
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position is responsible to plan, manage, implement, supervise and monitor health construction activities under HCMP. He /She will be reportable to the Deputy Project Manager for execution of his/her duties in collaboration with respective Project Manager
