∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ The main purpose of the Senior Programme Manager, Resource Mobilisation and New Business Development, is to raise funds for BRAC programs from both existing and potential bilateral donors, foundations, multilaterals and regional organisations. The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for pro-active engagement with existing and potential donors and pursuing applications for funding from these donors. The Senior Programme Manager is expected to contribute to the implementation of the OneBRAC Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Strategy, with a particular focus on intensification of funding streams from bilateral donors, foundations, multilaterals and regional organisations. The Senior Programme Manager will also be responsible for the management of Managers that will provide support as relevant to the GRP team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing the action plan for resource mobilisation with bilateral donors, foundations, multilaterals and regional organisations, in line with the OneBRAC Global Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Strategy.
∎ Executing donor engagement strategies for potential and existing bilateral donors in collaboration with BRAC´s country and regional fundraising teams and BRAC affiliates.
∎ Coordinating and supporting proposal development in collaboration with BRAC affiliates, country and regional teams, the GRP team, and relevant staff from Communications and other relevant teams.
∎ Coordinating the writing of tailored applications for funding and being responsible for responding to submission requirements.
∎ Contributing to general information sharing on areas of responsibility within the GRP team, as well as towards BRAC's country and regional fundraising teams and BRAC affiliates.
∎ Qualifying prospects identified in the donor landscape analysis.
∎ Conducting outreach and cultivating prospects to build trustful relationships in a proactive manner to secure income streams.
∎ Organizing relevant outreach efforts (meetings, events, other).
∎ Apply insights from latest funding trends in engagement with existing and potential donors and in proposal development trajectories.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Identify the nature of incident and report according to the safeguarding reporting procedure; and encourage the staffs to report accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in English required; fluency in an additional language, particularly French, or Arabic would be an asset.
∎ Partnering with internal stakeholders, in particular within the GRP team and with BRAC's country and regional fundraising teams and BRAC affiliates to align funding needs and opportunities.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and commitment to active citizenship, poverty eradication, global justice, social change, and gender equality Ability to work virtually in a global environment.
∎ Skilled in MS Office, Outlook, MS Project and Visio, Cloud Computing (Google Drive and Dropbox).
∎ Experience in working with from bilateral donors, foundations, multilaterals and/or regional organisations, and in ensuring income from these donor segments.
∎ Proven track record of successful fundraising, relationship building, stewardship for this donor segments.
∎ Ability to multitask, work under pressure and must be a great team player.
∎ Sound understanding on donor mapping, scoping, profiling and/or donor engagement activities and experience in organizing relevant outreach efforts (meetings, events, other).
∎ Strong decision-making power, skilled in planning and organizing and must be a proactive/self- mindset.
