Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with merchandizing, production and other relevant team;
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with timely delivery through strong production follow up;
∎ Implement production planning and update time to time in Fast React Planning Software;
∎ Ensure the accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively planning implementation;
∎ Responsible for order wise input/output record and execute the orders as planned;
∎ Communicate with related concerns (Merchandising/Warehouse/Fabric and Pattern division) in order to expedite ensuring necessary supports (for fabric, sewing/finishing materials) and various approvals (necessary to start production) to implement on time production start / smooth production flow for factories;
∎ Will follow up line wise daily production achievement as per given Target by IE;
∎ Need to guide, instructions & technical supports to Planning Team for data entry or for any other job-related special tasks to perform;
∎ Need to keep "Time & Action Plan" (T&A) for the whole system (Fast React) through regular mail correspondence which is very much essential for effective Planning;
∎ Need to provide "SMV" & "Learning Curves" pending list as per system (Fast React) to IE dept. for update and monitor whether updating or not;
∎ Chase the finishing team for on time final inspection and ship the goods;
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have vast Knowledge about running Fast React Planning Software;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Must have good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
