∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular correspondence with factory production persons / cutting managers to ensure right time implementation of plan and also for any changes in plan;
∎ Communicate with related concerns (Merchandising/Warehouse/Fabric and Pattern division) in order to expedite ensuring necessary supports (for fabric, sewing/finishing materials) and various approvals (necessary to start production) to implement on time production start / smooth production flow for factories;
∎ Will follow up line wise daily production achievement as per given Target by IE;
∎ Need to guide, instructions & technical supports to Planning Assistant (PA) for data entry or for any other job related special tasks to perform;
∎ Need to keep “Time & Action Plan” (T&A) for the whole system (FastReact)
∎ through regular mail correspondence which is very much essential for effective Planning;
∎ Need to provide “SMV” & “Learning Curves” pending list as per system (FastReact) to IE dept. for update and monitor whether updating or not.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Strong analytical and communication skill;
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure;
∎ Must have good communication skill.
