∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years Experience in a whipped cream production Management Role.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise the daily production activities to meet targets.
∎ Ensure that production processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.
∎ Monitor and control production costs, including raw materials and labor.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.
∎ Implement safety and compliance standards in the production area.
∎ Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Maintain production records and prepare regular reports for management.
