∎ To be able to give an approximate costing on a given style.
∎ Word /Excel competency along with great presentation skills.

∎ Highly organized, passionate and efficient, with strong problem solving skills, and have a can-do attitude.
∎ Flexible and comfortable sharing ideas and working in a team.
∎ Proactive approach to work.
∎ Fashion designer will get preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Focus on delivering Seasonal Collections whilst adhering to a strict T&A whilst ensuring aesthetics are maintained via quality, styling and color.
∎ Continuous monitoring of styles across multiple projects/requests with viable contingency plans whilst adhering to agreed T & A’s.
∎ Ensure all styles are production feasible, and best cost options have been applied between the internal sample and final presentation sample.
∎ Assortment strategies, current market trends and price points are aligned to company goals along with organized thinking and planning is key.
∎ Drive style intent and in the best possible way to promote a healthy adoption rate. Accurate and timely follow through post meeting.
∎ Partner with Sourcing, Design team and Vendors to approve fits, fabrics, washes, trims, colors and prints through production. Establish and maintain core fabrics and seasonal fabric stock.
∎ Build strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Tech, R&D teams, to strengthen bond with internal teams.
∎ Be responsible for monitoring and collating information on the net value of Design picks every quarter and maintain sample representation for each style, complete with all information.
