Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or a related field.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a 100% export-oriented knit garments factory, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and TNA follow-up.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and planning tools/software.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Friends Knitwear & Accessories Ltd.(A 100% Export-Oriented Knit Garments Industry).
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor effective production planning strategies to ensure timely order execution and shipment.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Supply Chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priority and factory capacity.
Analyze order status, capacity, and lead time to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Identify production bottlenecks and take proactive measures to resolve them.
Maintain close liaison with merchandising and production departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and control WIP (Work in Progress) status and ensure workflow balance across all production stages.
Prepare and present production planning reports to senior management.
Lead and motivate the planning team to achieve company targets efficiently.
