Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Closely work with NTP and ensuring / managing timely supply of anti TB drugs, reagents and logistics in the field across the country as well as analyzing the field requirements and supply status to avoid stock out or overstock. Preparing the report on supplied materials in the field in each quarter. All sorts of required support/ assistance for implementation capacity building and social mobilization activities effectively.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the quarterly supply of anti TB drugs, reagents and other relevant logistics to 45 BRAC covered districts in time
∎ Proper assist to Manager Capacity Building and Social Mobilisation for timely implementation of capacity building and social mobilisation activities effectively
∎ Ensure and oversee the supply of the communication materials for TB (signboard, sticker, leaflet, poster etc.) and other required logistics from BRAC central store to field offices
∎ Preparing quarterly report on supplied materials and submission it to respective supervisor in time
∎ Logistic support for the TB staff including maintaining proper documentation like stock register, challan etc. at Head Office
∎ Field visit in order to check the PSM issue, especially focusing on anti-TB drugs, reagents and other relevant logistics including drug stores
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
∎ Knowledge on supply chain and logistics management
∎ Coordination and communication with different stakeholders
∎ Have proficiency in computer skills with all Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Minimum 02 years working experience on PSM & logistic management
