Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in the fabric industry.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
∎ Actively seek new customers locally to expand the customer base.
∎ Present and promote products to new and existing customers, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery timelines.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
∎ Provide after-sales support, such as order tracking, issue resolution, and coordination of delivery schedules.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, including customer feedback, orders, and sales activities.
∎ Regularly update management on market conditions, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order full-fillment and delivery.
∎ Work closely with the pricing team to ensure that pricing and discount structures are competitive.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, while maintaining company profitability.
∎ Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other sales materials.
∎ Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences to ensure a competitive edge in fabric selection.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
