Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Coordinate with Internal (Bosch)/External IT Teams across divisions for smooth working of ERP (SAP) and other Digital solutions deployed in the company
∎ - Coordination with respective business departments for all change requests/new requirements for business
∎ - Coordination for network infrastructure / hardware related topics, data storage
∎ -Admin role for user identity management, SAP role assignment
∎ - Single point of contact for all system related queries / incident and coordination further with respective Corporate IT team to resolve issues
∎ - Support digital presence online for enabling business
∎ - Support team for effective and safe data management practices in the company
∎ - Support Team on data and application security, cyber security
∎ - Maintain network of the organization including router/access point setup and configuration (Support by IT Global IT Team)
∎ - Maintain windows server and SQL database
∎ - Support Network printer configuration and maintenance
