Responsibilities & Context:
·Drive sales of mobility aftermarket parts through dealer networks.
·Develop lubricant business and expand channels by generating demand, ensuring lubricant sales contribute 25% of total turnover.
·Build relationships with key user segments and corporate customers for filter and lubricant products.
·Maintain and follow up with dealers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
·Manage aging inventory effectively to optimize stock turnover.
·Ensure segment-wise turnover achievement across 2-Wheeler (2WH),3-Wheeler(3WH),and Commercial Vehicle (CV) categories.
·Coordinate, guide, monitor, educate, and evaluate the performance of MR-Sales team members.
·Collect daily reports from MR-Sales and provide guidance for day-to-day activities.
·Update monthly sales status and projections to support business planning.
·Execute product promotion activities, including campaigns and customer engagement events.
·Introduce new products to the market and drive adoption.
