∎ Knowledge of recruitment documentation best practices, ERP systems, and compliance regulations, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing personnel files and updates.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP systems, reporting tools, and creating visual dashboards, ensuring precise data entry and effective reporting.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder interaction, report preparation, and addressing inquiries.
∎ Flexibility in adapting to changes and feedback, with a focus on providing high-quality support to stakeholders, including auditors and donors.
∎ Minimum of 1 years of experience in relevant field

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and prepare recruitment and selection documents for upload to the electronic data management system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
∎ Complete end-to-end ERP data entry for new joiners by entering relevant details into the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
∎ Conduct antiterrorism and money laundering screenings for new hires by reviewing background checks and managing related documentation for compliance.
∎ Coordinate the police verification process for selected applicants by liaising with authorities and ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted.
∎ Act as the primary contact for auditors, donors, and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation to support compliance efforts.
∎ Generate monthly compliance reports on record management status by compiling data and analyzing trends to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Job Purpose
∎ The Senior Officer, Recruitment Compliance and Documentation, will ensure compliance by accurately recording recruitment and selection-related documentation. This role will involve completing screenings, coordinating verifications, and delivering monthly compliance reports to ensure regulatory adherence. The position will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain consistency and accuracy in all recruitment processes.
∎ Key Responsibilities
