Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Bsc/ Msc in Dairy Science/ Animal Husbandry with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result from any Government approved institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help in preparing the annual plan and budget for training of AI Enterprise staffs, Service Providers and farmers under the umbrella of Manger, Livestock Services and training.
∎ Help in organizing health camp, mobile veterinary clinic, progeny show, film show and any other related training aid to the Veterinary Surgeon, Livestock Service including technology transfer for production, nutrition and Management of livestock.
∎ Help in development of training material of all kinds related to dairy and AI development.
∎ Organize the training materials and prepare a session plan of each training related to AI.
∎ Facilitated the training session of the AISP and farmers in the field.
∎ Motivate and trained the contact farmers for breeding bull production under the umbrella of Manger, Livestock Services and training.
∎ Pre-selection of breeding bull and help the technocrats in selection process
∎ Motivate the general farmers for AI with BRAC products.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation regarding training and development of AISP, dairy farmers, farmers engaged with AI.
∎ Attend in sales meeting in the fields to evaluate/assess on need for training.
∎ Collaboration with monitoring, Livestock Service, sales team and others related to AI Enterprise.
∎ Government liaisons and develop relation with Government department/s.
∎ Visit farmers bull, cow and collect data on performance of AI, conception rate and calf production.
∎ Report preparation, analysis, find the challenges and take necessary operational actions on those findings in favor of Manager, Livestock Service and Training.
∎ Any other activities should be done if supervisor prescribed.
