Education:

• The candidate must have a diploma in Medical Assistant / Agriculture / LaboratoryTechnicians from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• Age At least 18 years

• Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates

• Must have sound knowledge on Bovine Semen process and Lab testing

• Must have sound technical knowledge on lab machine operation, lab testing equipment, animal semen process, semen handling and Bovine semen process

• Must have skill of multitasking

• Able to work under pressure

• Receive semen and formulate slide preparation, dilution, racking and freezing

• Participate in all functions of semen processing and the production of quality semen, embryo and ovum as well as keep record

• Maintain semen counting, preservation and dispatch to the respective unit

• Ensure quality egg collection and media preparation

• Keep up-date of all register such as semen straw, lab material, loss semen etc.

• Provide routinely LN2 in semen Bank / wide mouth

• Ensure strong bio-security of semen process lab as well as bull station

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation of processing lab and good laboratory practice

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
