Key Responsibilities

• Create new and unique perfume fragrances.

• Develop perfume, body spray, attar, air freshener, and related products.

• Determine the correct ratio of fragrance oil, alcohol, fixatives, and other ingredients.

• Improve fragrance longevity, projection, quality, and stability.

• Match, modify, and improve fragrances from reference samples.

• Conduct fragrance trials and laboratory testing.

• Maintain formula records and ensure confidentiality.

• Support production and maintain batch consistency.

• Research fragrance trends and customer preferences.

• Train junior laboratory and production staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development.

• Experience in Bangladesh or abroad.

• Strong nose sensitivity and fragrance-recognition ability.

• Excellent fragrance creativity and new-product development skills.

• Knowledge of fragrance oils, essential oils, aroma chemicals, alcohol, and fixatives.

• Ability to work independently and lead fragrance development.
