Job Responsibilities

1. Collect blood, urine, and other required specimens from applicants according to established procedures.

2. Perform laboratory tests required for GCC Medical/Wafid medical examinations

3. Handle, label, store, and process specimens accurately and safely.

4. Perform routine laboratory investigations such as hematology, biochemistry, serology, and urine examinations as applicable.

5. Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper handling and maintenance.

6. Follow standard laboratory procedures and quality-control protocols.

7. Verify test results and report any abnormal or questionable findings to the responsible Medical Officer/Supervisor.

8. Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and documentation.

9. Ensure proper infection-control and laboratory safety practices.

10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory reports.

11. Coordinate with doctors, medical officers, and other laboratory staff to ensure smooth medical examination procedures.

12. Ensure timely processing of samples and test results for GCC Medical/Wafid applicants.
