• Age 25 to 40 years

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Mitosis Lab Limited’s diagnostic and healthcare services.

2. Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, pharmacies, and other potential clients to build and maintain professional relationships.

3. Generate new business leads and expand the organization’s customer and referral network.

4. Promote laboratory tests, health checkup packages, diagnostic services, health cards, and promotional campaigns.

5. Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing clients, doctors, corporate clients, and referral sources.

6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.

7. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.

8. Arrange and participate in health camps, awareness programs, promotional events, and corporate health checkup activities.

9. Coordinate with the laboratory, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

10. Collect customer feedback and communicate service-related issues to the appropriate department.

11. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity and performance reports for management.

12. Assist in developing promotional materials, social media campaigns, and other marketing content when required.

13. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into regular customers or corporate accounts.

14. Ensure professional representation of the Mitosis Lab brand in all marketing activities.

15. Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.

Salary: Negotiable, based on candidate's experience, qualifications and interview performance.
