Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Finance or Accounting from a well-reputed University. Masters in Accounting will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect monthly and fortnightly financial expenditure updates and requisition updates from managers and field accounts
∎ Need to analyze and follow up on financial data collected from field accounts and head office personnel
∎ Need to have sound knowledge of activity planning, prioritization, and implementation skills and commitment to deliver against agreed deadlines
∎ Ensure proper utilization of donor budget and resources
∎ Analyze financial information (e.g. expenditures and cash management) to ensure that all operations are within budget
∎ Prepare strategic plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and its services
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the Programme's goals on safeguarding, and implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
