Job Purpose
The role is responsible for ensuring effective execution of Microfinance campaigns, pilots, and onboarding initiatives through robust planning and practical implementation. The role focuses on maintaining BRAC Microfinance standards by enabling the successful scaling of projects, ensuring quality monitoring, accurate data collection, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organise onboarding sessions for Microfinance staff, including scheduling, venue arrangement, participant list, training materials, and equipment.
Ensure smooth onboarding of approximately 2,500 staff from Dabi, Progoti, and Accounts teams at Branch, Area, and regional levels as per campaign and pilot requirements.
Provide operational support for executing campaigns, pilots, surveys, and emergent tasks across Microfinance programme’s (Dabi & Progoti) in coordination with field operations teams.
Monitor staff and client awareness quality during campaigns and pilots using standardised tools and guidelines.
Conduct monthly field visits to review campaign progress, product and process implementation, and address operational challenges.
Collect, compile, and analyse survey data and campaign progress reports at regional level and prepare summary reports for Manager, BDU and Head Office team.
Provide actionable feedback to field operations based on data analysis to improve project execution and staff capacity.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
