Responsibilities & Context:
The Research Associate will be responsible for:
Monitoring & Follow-up: Frequently monitor the ongoing program and support the technical team to improve the program quality.
Data Source Management: Check reported data with primary data sources and ensure data quality and documentation.
Training & Motivation: Provide on-the-job training on data collection, data archiving, data analysis, and reporting to field-level staff.
Data Analyzing & Presentation: Collect and archive program data, analyze data, and prepare different presentations illustrating trends.
Reporting: Support to conduct Data Quality Monitoring and Library Rating System, including data collection, data entry, and report preparation.
Project Data Assessment: Assist the RDRS MEL team in conducting baseline, midline, end-line, and program-only assessments.
Collaboration: Collaborate with RDRS's internal MEL department to contribute to the project MEL systems and participate in different programs and events of RDRS.
