ESDO is going to implement a UNICEF-supported project titled “Provide quality, inclusive skills development and Myanmar Curriculum STEM education for adolescent learners aged 15-18, and portable skills training for education volunteers in Cox's Bazar” in Rohingya camps of Ukhia, Cox’s Bazar. The project aims to improve access to quality foundational, leadership, employability, entrepreneurship, science, digital and portable skills opportunities for Rohingya adolescents and youth through multi-Purpose Centers (MPCs), Science & IT Labs, and SKILFO-based portable skills interventions.
The Logistic Associate (Warehouse) will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, asset tracking, logistics documentation, and distribution of project materials and equipment. S/he will ensure proper storage, record keeping, stock movement, and accountability of project resources in compliance with ESDO policies, donor requirements, and warehouse management standards.
The position will support efficient warehouse operations and timely availability of materials required for project implementation.

Job Responsibilities
Security and Access Control
• Guard the office and warehouse premises during assigned shifts.
• Control access to the premises by verifying the identity of visitors, staff, and service providers.
• Register all visitors and ensure compliance with visitor management procedures.
• Prevent unauthorized access to project facilities.
• Conduct security checks of gates, doors, windows, and perimeter fencing.
Asset Protection
• Protect project equipment, furniture, vehicles, warehouse stock, and other organizational assets.
• Monitor warehouse security to prevent theft, loss, vandalism, or damage.
• Immediately report any suspicious activity, theft, or security breach.
Patrol and Monitoring
• Conduct regular patrols of the office, warehouse, compound, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all entrances, exits, lighting, locks, and emergency equipment remain functional and secure.
• Monitor CCTV systems (where available) and report any irregularities.
Emergency Response
• Respond promptly to emergencies including fire, theft, accidents, natural disasters, and security incidents.
• Notify supervisors and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Support first response until appropriate emergency services arrive.
Warehouse Support
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Verify that only authorized personnel enter storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security during stock receipt and dispatch.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Maintain daily security logs and occurrence books.
• Record visitor information, vehicle movements, and incidents accurately.
• Submit daily and incident reports to the supervisor.
Safety and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with ESDO security policies and procedures.
• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding organizational information and assets.
• Promote safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and child protection principles in all duties.
Other Duties
• Assist during office events or emergency situations as assigned.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
