Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Having PGDHRM will be added advantage for eligible candidate
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Certification and Training on Compliance will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have deep knowledge on Compliance in a Garments Industries in EPZ based company
∎ Knowledge on Preparing various policy & procedure
∎ Knowledge of Fire Door, Fire extinguisher, Hose pipe, Hose reel, Fire hydrant, Addressable fire alarm system, control panel, Smoke detector, heat detector, multi-detector etc.
∎ Knowledge on factory internal audit in terms of COC, ISO/QMS and technical audit.
∎ Draft the meeting minutes and report to compliance head on decisions of the meetings
∎ To handle overall office management activities consider to cost optimization.
∎ To prepare factory for Social compliance audit
∎ Capable to handle audits (ISO, QMS, BSCI,WARP,SEDEX, RDS, GRS, GOTS, RCS, OCS, GMP and Technical audits)
∎ Capable to prepare CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and CAPR (Corrective action plan report)
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by compliance head
∎ Knowledge on forming different committee like; WPC, AHC & H&S etc.
∎ Knowledge on Emergency response plan, Fire drill, Fire training etc.
∎ Knowledge on Evacuation plan, Aisles mark, path way as per compliance requirement.
∎ Knowledge on EPZ Labor Law and deep knowledge on BNBC, Accord/RSC, Alliance requirement
∎ Knowledge on Factory welfare activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 42 years
