Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ •BSC / Diploma in Fire Safety Management from Fire Safety and Civil Defense is mandatory.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Fire Safety Manager Course required,Training on RSC and BNBC,Required knowledge on Fire Safety Rules and regulation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have enough knowledge about RSC, Nirapon & NFPA Standard.
∎ To Ensure that the Fire Alarm/Protection & Detection System of the factory is fully functional and the systems (Hydrant system, Detection system, Sprinkler system, Fire Pumps, Fire Control Room etc.) as per RSC , Nirapon, NFPA standard.
∎ Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections of all facilities and premises to identify potential fire hazards and safety concern.
∎ To establish a functional & effective fire safety management system, Fire Equipment Installations & Maintenance as per NFPA & BNBC Standard. Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of fire alarm system as per NFPA, Fire Control Panel Daily Monitoring (System Warnings, Supervisory & Trouble), PA System Installations & Monitoring.
∎ Responsible for Installation / Maintenance for fire pump (Electrical, Diesel & Jockey pump).
∎ Ensure that the Fire extinguishers are in place as per requirement and in good working condition.
∎ Ensure that the Fire Control Room and the Fire Pump Room is in good order and fully functional at all times.
∎ Ensure fire-related books, registers, logs, etc. are correctly maintained on a scheduled basis.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation drills to aware employees of any emergency incident.
∎ Stay up-to-date with local, state, and national fire safety regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and codes.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and violations.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to establish evacuation procedures and assembly points.
∎ Conduct thorough fire risk assessments of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
∎ Identify and recommend corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate potential fire hazards.
∎ Regularly inspect fire safety equipment such as extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
∎ Organize fire safety training programs for employees at all levels.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Provide educational materials and resources to promote fire safety awareness.
∎ Investigate and analyze fire incidents to determine their root causes.
∎ Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Liaise with local fire departments, emergency services, and regulatory agencies.
∎ Communicate fire safety policies and procedures to all employees.
∎ Collaborate with other safety officers and departments to enhance overall workplace safety

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants having experience in Garments/Textile will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office, Auto CAD & Electrical / Fire Drawing.
