Responsibilities & Context:

1. Talent Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.

  • Develop and implement talent development plans to address identified gaps and enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Create and maintain a talent development calendar to ensure timely execution of training initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

2. Training Program Design and Delivery:

  • Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.

  • Ensure training programs align with company objectives and industry best practices.

3. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.

  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching on performance improvement.

4. Employee Engagement:

  • Work on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction through talent development and training.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness and talent development metrics.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate the impact of talent management and training initiatives.
