Experience:
1. Talent Development:
Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
Develop and implement talent development plans to address identified gaps and enhance employee skills and competencies.
Create and maintain a talent development calendar to ensure timely execution of training initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
2. Training Program Design and Delivery:
Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
Ensure training programs align with company objectives and industry best practices.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching on performance improvement.
4. Employee Engagement:
Work on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction through talent development and training.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness and talent development metrics.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate the impact of talent management and training initiatives.
