Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Good negotiating capability.

  • Work on foreign purchasing & have good knowledge of LC/TT/RTGS payment.

  • Having sound knowledge in the SAP ERP system will consider as an advantage.

  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing professional reports and managing documentation



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure continuous availability of raw materials.

  • Plan and monitor inventory levels in coordination with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and avoid stock shortages or excess.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, follow up on order status, and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.

  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations based on quality, delivery lead time, pricing, and service efficiency.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks for shipment, clearance, and payment processing.

  • Maintain accurate commercial records, including shipment tracking sheet ,up-to-date procurement records including supplier databases, pricing history, contracts, and purchase documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards by inspecting received materials and coordinating with Quality Assurance teams for approvals.

  • Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives through alternative materials, new vendor sourcing, bulk purchasing, or improved negotiation strategies.

  • Stay informed about market trends, material innovations, price fluctuations, and emerging technologies within the industry.

  • Address and resolve supply-related issues such as delivery delays, material shortages, or quality discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate procurement data, cost analysis, and market insights to management.

  • Any other task as & when assigned by the Management.
