Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for processing orders independently from development to till shipment.
∎ Follow up the planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer.
∎ Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before deadline of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Develop wide outsourcing & vendor network for product development and designed profit oriented merchandise strategies.
∎ Make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensuring cross check with planning department to maintain OTS.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Monitoring operation breakdowns and the SMV's of the garments, verifying with the module plans and maintaining relevant history records to facilitate style changes.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely shipment with 100% quality as per requirement of customer and ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Coordinating with the internal management team in all relevant operational areas and advising/guiding the management team on all merchandising related issues to ensure the timely and effective resolving.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Merchandising in woven and knit items factory.
∎ The applicant should have good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Excellent knowledge about MS Office package (MS advance Excel, Word, Power point).
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadline.
∎ Candidate who have experience in woven wear will be given preferences.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
