Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Senior Merchandiser of Woven Shirts for the Merchandising & Marketing department in Woven Shirts Factory.
∎ Job Location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
∎ Leading a team of merchandisers to ensure merchandising & marketing support for assigned buyers.
∎ Providing end-to-end merchandising support to the assigned buyers and ensuring on-time shipment.
∎ Communicating with the buyer, understanding their need, and serving them accordingly.
∎ Developing samples as per buyers' requirements and finalizing them with the buyer.
∎ Doing all necessary Pre-Quotation and Product Development as per specification.
∎ Handling the sourcing, purchase, and procurement of necessary fabric and accessories.
∎ Preparing TNA and giving necessary direction to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Demand forecasting, material requirement planning, and assuring on-time delivery of products.
∎ Overseeing the commercial and L/C related issues with all necessary documents.
∎ Executing the order by communicating and coordinating with all the stakeholders.
∎ Inspecting the production process and resolving all the problems.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
