Bachelor/Masters in Textile Engineering or BBA/MBA in Apparel Merchandising from a reputed university.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Garments Costing,Garments Merchandising,Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing,Merchandising,Product Development
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 28 years
The candidate should be technically sound in the Garments (Knit & Woven) costing & manufacturing process.
Work experience with reputed buying houses will get preference.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Product development and execution of orders.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc.
Monitoring for individual orders from beginning to shipment and ensuring orders are delivered on time with quality.
Develop new samples as per buyer`s standard, specification & quality and maintain on-time submission.
Arrange Fabrics and Trims for new sample development.
Work with Trims suppliers to ensure the right quality and on-time delivery.
Maintain all approval processes of production.
Communicate with the buyer for the approval process.
Monitor and follow up daily production activities as per production.
Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentations.
Perform all other jobs assigned by Line Manager/Department Head.
