Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Textile background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have good knowledge in fabrics and should have good sourcing contacts both in local & overseas suppliers.
∎ Should have good sourcing experience of new development and arrange necessary presentation for customer.
∎ Candidate must have capability of all sorts of costing, development and production follow-up.
∎ Should have enough knowledge of garments consumption and wash.
∎ Must have the capability to handle order from inquiry to shipment.
∎ Should have the ability to book the fabric and accessories independently.
∎ Strong Computer Skills with mailing and internet.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill to control the factory and quality team.
∎ To corresponds with buyer and supplier to ensure the smooth production.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience is considerable with vast knowledge about Merchandising & Marketing.
∎ Should have thorough experience in production execution at factory level.
∎ Able to handle different buyer's orders (fashion) independently.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
