Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Master's Degree in any discipline from any reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing the role wise requirements of staff capacity development, especially all the roles of field operation teams and the mid-level roles of central support units
∎ Conceptualize the talent development matrix for each role, considering the dimensions of people leadership and functional skills
∎ Review the existing framework of staff training and revitalize the modules as per the contemporary needs of the programme
∎ Build partnership with internal learning and leadership development units and also with external HR firms or agencies to develop capacity building modules
∎ Manage specialized talent pool process of the programme - recruitment, graduation journey, job posting after graduation etc. For example: Management Trainee
∎ Maintain effective liaison with central HR and BRAC Leadership Academy teams to facilitate centrally supported initiatives on the above mentioned tasks.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years of experience is required in relevant field of HR.
∎ Should have experience working in an organization that has large field team.
