∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quality Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Quality Management
∎ Skills Required: QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection, Risk Management, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Management, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure the output of all manufactures are within the expected quality standards of each customer.
∎ Control and assure the required quality standard of the entire value chain.
∎ Liaise with the internal and external customers with regard to quality assurance concerns in sample, Manufacturing and shipment realising.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyse complex problems and support the team to find root-cause/ implement corrective action plan and follow up results.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre inspection team.
∎ Analyse statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, MIS , CAD, and other department.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Should be able to manage the Quality assurance and Audit teams.
∎ Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns on regular basis.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Experience in wash & none wash garments.
∎ Woven & Knit products knowledge and quality requirements is essential
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 15 years Quality Management experience of which 5 years as a Head of Quality Management /Senior Manager Quality Management experience in an international Buying house.
Salary: Negotiable
