Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed recognized University preferably in Apparel/ Garments/ Manufacturing related subject.
∎ Education Qualification may be considering for higher experience Employee.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QA team for better output
∎ Responsible for factory Technical audit, follow-up Technical sites as per buyer requirement.
∎ Should be responsible to ensure quality & shipments with zero defects as per buyer’s instruction.
∎ Should have the technical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, in line, Pre final & final Inspection & responsible on day to day production follow up.
∎ Should provide technical assistance & training to the departments, facilities & regions in order to provide support for quality assurance activities and ensure consistency across programs, regions and facility of quality assurance committees.
∎ Ensure that buyers' specifications are properly understood.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's standard
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs
∎ Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must have the experience to handle WAL-MART, COSTCO, INDITEX (American and European Buyers).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments, Buying House.
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated production management techniques.
∎ At least 10-year experience in the field of Quality Assurance in reputed large scale Garments Industry or Buying House including 2-3 years' experience in Managerial position with both knit and woven.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
∎ Fast acting for solving problems.
