Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead team members & provide decisions for day-to-day procurement, Frame work agreement, Vendor enlistment and Training related issues.
∎ Lead Service Procurement team to ensure effective and efficient procurement of services for both consulting and non-consulting services.
∎ Track and report key performance indicators of Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) process.
∎ Lead transformational activities (Service Procurement & FWA ERP integration, Digital Marketplace) to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
∎ Perform risk management for supply contracts, framework agreements and vendor enlistment.
∎ Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
∎ Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
∎ Coordinate inter organizational communications for providing timely & qualitative procurement services.
∎ Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
∎ Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
∎ People management.
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for Service Procurement, Framework Agreement & Vendor Enlistment management complying procurement guideline and ensuring on time delivery effectively and efficiently.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
